Anything with sodium metasilicate in it, goes by a variety of trade names.
Spray Nine, Maybe in Fantastik, dunno for sure, some wheel cleaners, etc.
Read the label for details, but sodium metasilicate is the best industrial
cleaner available.  Test paint first on higher concentration formulas.
It peels oil off plastic and fibreglass like water, makes cowlings clean
again, etc.
