Ah yes, the Quantum TD.

Yes, I sold it before I moved from California to Florida. I have been
kicking my self in the pants ever since!

Since then I dabbled with a 1986 Mercedes 190D 2.5 for a year. Great
car! Only reason I didn't keep it is a) it practically had no leg room
in the back seat, and b) a 1997 Passat TDI was for sale locally!

Since them we have also dumped our 1997 Dodge Caravan(gas sucking swine)
for a 1980 VW diesel pickup.

If I ever bore of the Passat, I will look again at a post '87 Mercedes
300D. I'm not sure if I am ready for a 2004 TDI.
