I can definitely check for the voltage drop, but current I can't.  My meter
will only go for 10A.  I had a CB in there before, but stopped using it.
For some reason, my fans seemed to work less than with a fuse in there.
Fuse would blow only so often, CB, damned near daily for a bit.  Fuses
seemed to hold out for a bit longer.  Maybe I just need a higher rated CB.
