[Vwdiesel] signs of Diesel merit (fwd)

It occured that we need a special recognition award for those
who have provided exceptional tuning of their VWdiesel.  Certifiable
results exceeding one-milli-light-second per gal (or 4 l), should
get a "cold-fusion" endorsement on their emblem.
