  I can second handedly attest to that!  I rebuilt a diesel for one of my 
sisters.  They were ready to put the head on while I was busy so they 
had a nearby shop do it.  After putting about 150 miles on it, she called 
to say the oil light would NOT go out!  Since the'yd driven so far I figured 
it was just a loose wire.  Nope, that shop put the head gasket on upside 
down.  No oil to the head.  I pulled the cover and a cap and it was still 
fine. Good thing I used that moly grease and some oil for assembly I 
guess!
  Idiot ended up cracking that freshly bored block in at least two bolt 
holes when he fixed his first screw up too. :-(
