Sandy, retired with heated garage and all those fun
motors to work on, what more could a man ask for. Do
you have a friendly dog to keep you company?

I think you should be able to stay away from that ECU
and TDI motor just fine.

I am going on 20k and 1 year old with my Jetta Wagon
TDI PD. No issues at all, oh, once the cruise control
quit but next time the motor was restarted that funny
old computer must have reset things.
Mind you, this was built at one of the German
factories where the Passat is made as well, not
Wolfsburg, but one of the other 4.
