[Vwdiesel] glow plug source

Ray,
    Auto Zone has been carrying Bosch glow plugs lately.  If they
don't have them in stock, they can usually get them the next day.
IIRC, they ran around $12 each, but do not include a new nut for
securing them to the buss bar.
