[Vwdiesel] Diesel Motor Mount

Somehow Dana's response prompted me to look at the parts CD.  The
drawings aren't great for figuring out that sort of thing, so tell me
what the choices are.  In particular, is this a question about which way
the rubber piece goes into the carrier, the way the carrier bolts to the
engine, or something else?
