[Vwdiesel] Turbo in series or parallel

The blower on the turbo jobs was still used for scavenge.  The exhaust valve
closed, and the turbos boosted the charge.  GRANTED, on a highly boosted engine,
the supercharger won't work near as hard... :)
They used the supercharged GMC's on the brand of tractors I'm somewhat in love with,
Olivers, so I did take some time to familiarize myself with them.
