[Vwdiesel] compression testers?

I bought one of those for Dad's orchard a couple years ago.  Different 
seller, 
usually misspells gauge as guage.  I believe it came with more than the 
one adapter.  Only problem was the valve, like a tire stem valve, leaked.  
It's in the adapter.  Easy to catch a Snap on dealer and get a new one 
though.
  I later tripped across a Moto-Meter recording type like we used at the 
dealer.  :)  :)  :)  Got it for about double.  Coudn't pass it up!  The same 
guy offered me a good deal on a couple bore gauges (missing the dial 
only) and to set me up with his single son.  Guess I made quite an 
impression!  :-o   (He didn't realize I was a M loren rather than a F Lauren)
