  Not with a 1.5 mounting plate on the engine.  That lower nut is welded 
in and all 3 bolts have to be turned on those early mount plates.  The 
81 on plates use a bolt with a wing ding that loops over a neighbor 
bolt so that it won't turn.  The nut is free to be accessed easily then.
