Pardon my ignorance, but until now I have not paid much attention to
stuff newer then 84'.  I thought that the ECO Diesel was a completely
different engine.  The one that woman has looks a lot like my 84' NA
diesel engine.

So on your 91' NA...  What is the displacement; HP; and such?
