[Vwdiesel] Air-cooled and diesel oil?

As long as your 15w-40 carries an "S" rating (example: SJ or SL) you can use
it in your Vanagon.

"S" is a rating for spark-ignited engines.  "C" is a rating for
compression-ignited engines.
