Check the rear proportioning valve, driver side, near front of trailing arm. I'm
not sure that it would cause this problem, but it is the one component that I
had to replace a few years back, due to a leak, and virtually no braking
occurring on the rear. I got one from a wrecker - the new part is expensive.
