Hi ,
I need information about my engine. I finally found the engine # under some of the 
crud on the front of the engine. I have a ME 16 564 --- . We haad some difficulty
reading the numbers on it. The car is a 1989 and I get the feeling the engine is not.
the number on the head casting left side is 70 WWO  068 103 373 M and it had a sticker
for valve adjustment which I know by '89 it isn't supposed to have. The injector pump
is a VE - R 185. We are about to do engine seal work Ect...  and would like to know
what we have and any advice you might be able to offer. TIA Jeff
