[Vwdiesel] Headliner repair, vacuum pump working

Hi Val --

I had to reply on the list, your provider evidently considers us comcast
users to be spammers.

I just wanted to know if you used the RTV as a glue, to pull the roof
and ribs together (as in you had to apply some pressure to push them
together, squeezing the RTV, blah blah), or if you put it in there more
as a spacer.

I've only used RTV as more of a spacer, so am not sure of it's gluing
capbilities, metal to metal.
