[Vwdiesel] No 2004 TDIs allowed in MA, workaround?

There have been businesses in SoCal taking advantage of the loophole for
years. Even some VW dealers. They buy a load of them out of state, bring
them in on a car carrier, and try to sell them for almost what they were
new. TDIs are in high demand here compared to the supply. The ads say,
"VW TDIs available now". When you call they are used but at new prices
almost.
