[Vwdiesel] Cleaning Head Bolt Holes ?

The reason I speak up about this one --- has to do with that broken block
I have sitting here.

Mechanic is tightening down bolts -----snap -- broken block with only  59 000 miles
since new.

Then I am doing a 1.5L NA  ---- and believe me I have air and every type of thing
for cleaning holes.----and I did.

BUT wait not good enough ----  Measure how deep the holes are all of them.

I had one hole where the rust had compacted under the bolt ----had to drill
to no more rust but metal showed.

No solvent no sucking or blowing would even touch it.

That got to be the scariest thing in my mind ----- to tuck those headbolts down.
