  I wouldn't want to have much if any ethanol in my fuel simply for the fact
that it attracts water, a definite no-no as far as fuel goes. I have no idea
what cetane rating ethanol would have by itself or what effect it would have
when added to #2 diesel.
 I think I remember about some university making a fuel up that cosisted
primarily of alcohol and water, but I don't remember if it worked well or
not. E-diesel, maybe?
