Hey hagar,

	I do have to caution you about this.  Doing this definately doesn't seem like it would work well on the hillbilly method.  Not because you can't improve the turbo to meet you desired performance, but because you have to balance the thing after you've done you clipping/polishing.

	You ever had one of those whistles that made the jet-type sound?  I remember mine, injection molded plastic body and spinner/noize maker.  It spun up read good, but you could feel is would hit critical frequencies as is was spinning up.  The diameter of the spinner inside that whistle was probibly 1/2".  I could see the same thing happening on a grander scale in an un-balanced turbo.  Probibly not good for the turbo seals.
