Thanks Paul    --  my thread was worded wrong , I should have explained 
that I was all ears -- to the answer to that specific question. Not that I was
going to polish my compressor this year.  I know jack about these little
turbos.  Except , that they seem to last a long long time without attention.

So my intention was to learn as much as possible NOW so that maybe 
this year later on I will be able to clean the turbine wheel , and housing.

 found the question intriguing.    ( and remember Ferguson did not say do it )

Originally I was about to remove the turbo --PERIOD---   but now after having
actually driven one ????  now hows the hell am I going to do it.

Like the OLD lady (about 90) said when her son in law gave her a computer
for Christmas ---- WHAT  would I do with a computer ? .
a couple of years later   she said  --What would I do without a computer.?.

Same with me , a couple of years ago I said I do not need a turbo.(thought it was thrashed)

Now  ???? after a couple of years of using it ???   yeah you guessed right.

The credit goes to Scott Kair , he talked me out of removing it in the first place.
 
With equal amout of fuel in cylinder it does make for a better burn.  (economy and less smoke)
not to forget the extra air to expand.
