  Sounds like a 107 A (yellow dot pump)  You're only almost .3mm
retarded then!  Unless you happened to not have the cold start  
advance all the way in.  Then you'd be more like .4mm retarded!
I'm almost thinking that's what you have since I have seen them 
run at tha .88mm setting.  They run badly though.
