[Vwdiesel] 107A vs 107AG1.6L pumps (was head gasket - black smoke)

Loren, I definitely have a 107A pump. Are all 107A pumps the yellow dot pump or are some yellow dot and some
non-dots?

If the 107A doesn't tell me for sure, how can I tell which I have?

What will happen if I advance it to 1.15(?) and it's normal pump? (I don't want to break anything!)

It's acting like the fuel builds up and ignites when there's a pool in the cylinder, completely unrelated to
the injection time.
