Short of looking on eBay...

egauges.com has a pretty good selection of all sorts of gauges.

A VDO pyrometer "kit" lists for $121.

There are numerous vendors out there. I was lucky when I was shopping
for one years ago. A fellow listee sold me a used VDO 'kit' for $70.
Worked like a charm!
