[Vwdiesel] Turrbo Diesel Head??

I purchased an used 1,6L Diesel Cylinder Head with the
part# 068 103 373D. It has hydraulic valves and an
additional coolant opening. Because of that, it will
not fit on an older 1.6L NA Diesel engine. Is this a
turbo head? 
If this is the case, I will sell it.
