It's a bit confusing... (ME= NA, MF=TD, 1V=Eco engines)
For '90-92 Jetta:
068 103 351 AC: ME
068 103 351 AD: MF, 1V

For '89 Jetta:
068 103 351 AC: ME
068 103 351 AD: MF

For '88 Jetta:
068 103 351 AA: ME
068 103 351 AC: 'CDN' ME
068 103 351 AD: MF

For '86-87 Jetta:
068 103 351 AA: ME
068 103 351 AD: MF

For '85 Jetta:
068 103 351 J: MF 
No listing for the ME engine... my '85 NA has 068 151 373 M, which does not appear 
anywhere in my EKTA. It could be a replacement...

For the '85, they list the same head for both CY and CR, JK NA and TD engines:
068 103 351 G
