Naw.  Remeber the size of hole we're talking about in the head gasket is a
few thousandths of an inch.  I doubt very much you could get enough oil
through it as there is never more than 13ish pounds of suck on the
cylinders, and a whole lotta blow, which is why the head gasket fails.  I
know head gasket failure sucks, but....
