I am with Loren on that one --and sniffy is part of the Hillbilly
team.

So try about the smell of the exhaust. We engineers
seems to have a keen sense of smell as well.
I call a good burning diesel, "sweet diesel"
I think is smells good when the motor is fresh and
burning properly.

Like I said many times Hillbilly TUNING is anything but Billy.

Some day you may become so good that you can drive behind a Rabbit --
and say to the wife --Dear we got a NEW burger place in town.

I was out there yesterday using my digital meter on the rad. ---yes I did
go back there and sniffed the tailpipe. Bunny Bondos rear end.
Sweet smelling Bunny she was. ----be careful with the word sweet ?---
ever tasted normal antifreeze ?.
I can tell by sniffing if too much coolant is getting in to cylinders.

For Hillbilly TUNING you learn to use ALL the senses including # 6..

Remember not all FARTS smell alike. Yes the Queen uses that word.

Sometimes I say " I do not give a royal fart"

Hagar.

PS : Digital meters are too sensitive on voltage scale IMHO but
more to come --stay TUNED. And coolant was cunductive. (with a base ? it should be)
