[Vwdiesel] pro training manual

The administator of the diesel vanagon group said that "someone" posted to 
another group the existence of the manual in the files.  Said it caused the 
largest run on membership ever.  Anyway, for all you non vanagon junkies, I have 
downloaded the file and can p-mail it to you as an attachment if need be.  I 
would like to get a list of names before doing so, because my ISP is incredibly 
slow and the upload of the file would take 20+ min.
