[Vwdiesel] Coolant flow through stock oil cooler/heat exchanger

AFAIK one of the differences between the diesel vanagon and r/j/s is that the 
r/j/s runs coolant full bore through the heater core and the heating is 
controlled by whether or not the air flaps and fan are on.  The vanagon on the 
other hand closes and opens a valve to the core.  When the valve is closed there 
is zero flow through the core.  Digging deeper.
