[Vwdiesel] How to ask for the $8-9 nozzles?

It seems nobody wants to sell me the $8-9 nozzles that many are talking 
about...

VanagonParts.com is the only place that has quoted me the cheaper 
nozzles. Halsey returned my email with a price of $26.90 for an '85 Jetta 
NA nozzle! So what do I have to ask for to get the correct cheaper nozzle?
