[Vwdiesel] Turbo exit to down pipe help

[82 Diesel Westy]

Hi,
can anyone help me to confirm what I think I need
here.  Attached is a picture of a KKK K-03 turbo from
a 95 Passat 1.9TD, AAZ I would guess.
I don't want to buy the unit if I am not sure what
bolts on here to go to the downpipe to muffler.  But I
need something to start with.

The salvageyard says they only have the turbo, but do
not have access to the 4 bolt piece that needs to
attach here and goes to the down pipe.

I don't build engines everyday and especially turbo's,
but that is what attaches here, yes?  I want to make
sure I can get it from another salvage yard before
putting out the cash for this turbo.

Anyone worked with this turbo, it is the smaller one
that will allow using stock motor mount in 50 degree
vanagon install.
