[Vwdiesel] Off-topic metric vs imperial

Before I stumbled upon the wonders of diesel VWs, I was the owner of a 1987
Chev Celebrity.  The car was a mishmash of Imperial and metric fasteners,
probably attributable to its late '70s/early '80s engineering.  My Imperial
tool collection is largely a result of trying to keep that car alive.
