[Vwdiesel] Brake SNAFU

Hook up a vacuum gauge and see if you are getting a good 20" Hg or so at
idle and above, hit the brakes and watch the gauge as you hold the brake
pedal down.  Should not drop a whole lot and should recover if all is
working right.
