[Vwdiesel] What type of preasure tube to run from intake manifold to VDO boost guage

Hi, just got my new boost gauge.  Of course they don't
specify what to use for the pressure line back to the
intake manifold from the dash.

Seems there are also 2 types of boost gauges, one that
works off of vacuum and one that works off of
pressure.  I have the pressure VDO gauge.

I have seen people use stuff similar to what you would
run for a refrigerator water line, but smaller.
Any idea what the outside diameter is and where to get
it, plus the fittings.  It this common plumbing stuff?
