  Two easier ways to put the belt on.  One is to have the cam pulley off, 
put it in the belt, slip it up, over the cam nose and with the taper, it 
slips 
and slides right on.  Tensioner can be loose or set to where it was when 
the belt was on.  The other is to loosen the tensioner and reverse-peel 
the belt on over the cam gear/pulley.  Still easier to loosen the cam at 
least a bit. That taper adds a lot of comfort room to putting the belt on.
