[Vwdiesel] Warning buzzer

On my 91, the buzzer works off the oil pressure, when the engine RPM is 
is above 2000 (the HP oil circuit).  My recollection from a thermostat
failure is that the high temp does not cause the buzzer to sound.

Of course, this is just from recollection.  I have not checked Bentley 
wiring diagrams to verify what is supposed to be there.
