So coat the window with grease so the wipers move more freely...
:)
Could try rain-x actually. wipers never bounce and chatter when the window
gets dry...

Ahhh, makes sense. Didn't look that way but knowing how things do,
that could very well be it. Here I've been thinking it was a ground
problem!
