I would say these would be fairly good numbers. I was getting near this on my 1.6TD 
hydr. 5-6 years ago, but near the end, I was down to 8-10psi idle, and 25-30 psi hot 
at 3000. This was with 15w40, 20w50 would give a bit higher, but I would peg the 
gauge (80+) when cold with 20w50 in the winter.
This was in my Jetta, and I started to worry when the buzzer would go off at ~2000 
rpm indicating less than 1.8 bar at pump, which showed as about 22psi at the head.
The real test is whether those hot figures will survive a long climb under full boost - 
we have a local hill which goes from sea level to 1200 feet in about 1 mile which 
would quickly heat things up...
