IF I was 18 ? nah 21. (and not 72) I would go to a DRY state and pick up a Rabbit with thrashed running gear.
Then go to a Salty place and pick one up with rusted out Body but perfect running gear.

In one week I would have a NICE Rabbit --- They are that nice to work on.
