[Vwdiesel] Turbo troubleshooting

I took my 2000 TDI for repair after it started blowing
blue smoke (only on *deceleration*). The dealer
replaced the turbo in July. "Warped seal" they said.

After a couple of weeks, the smoking stopped. Funny,
though, it didn't seem to be using any oil before that...

The hose from the intercooler was wet with lube oil.
I wiped the hose dry, and it's stayed dry since then.

Is there a big puddle of lube oil in the bottom of
your intercooler? You can remove the lower hose,
and check with a finger...
