  The seal on injecors are between the nozzle body (the replaceable 
part that comes with the pintle as well) and in intermediate piece, the 
intermediate piece and the upper body, the lower body and the heat 
shield and the heat shield to the head.  All flat surfaces.  :)  I've had 
great luck flat sanding the intermediate and upper halves and making 
a no-leak assembly, new nozzles and correct break pressures.  :)
