Gavriks Solution : 

After we came back from a little trip in Bunny Bondo  -- he said jeepers
creepers those windows are hard to roll up.    -- I can show you how to
fix .     great said I lets do it.

He then removed a rack and pinion ----piece of cake.   Clean and  lubricate
and all will be like new again.  I have 14 to do  so I am working on a procedure
that does not require removal.

This problem has bugged me from day one ---problem solved  Thanks Gavrik.

PS :  One crazy-rack and pinion design ---LOL.   but it was fun to work on
yesterday (Sunday)   perfect day.
