I went out tonight, pulled the bolts back to the second torque value (44 
ft-lbs) and then took them through the 2 final 90º turns.  Hopefully 
it's all good.  One thing I do know is that I'm going to have to work 
out more.  I'm almost not strong enough to do that kind of torque.  Then 
again, I do have the hulking chest of a 9 year old girl.  When you do 
reach the stretch point, it really gives me a sick feeling in my 
stomach.  Feels just like when you're about to break a bolt. 

Whatver the case, I'm feeling pretty optimistic and I appreciate the 
encouragement.   Even if it goes bad, well, I guess we'll all have a 
valuable new datapoint.
