The oil light glowing gives you a good clue. Sounds like a bad ground
and it's worse when wet. Remove and clean where the ground cable
connects to the body and the transmission. Before you do, you could
grab you favorite DMM or VOM and check for voltage across each
connection (with something turned on). It'll verify the bad connection.
To test for a draw, the easy thing is a 12V test light. Remove a battery
cable and connect it between the cable and the battery. If it glows visibly
then you have enough draw to drain the battery. Start disconnection
fuses etc, until you disconnect the draw then chase down from there.
Also would be good to check the connections and ground from the
alt.
Could be water in the relay panel but sounds more like a bad ground
problem. Relay panel would be wet if water's leaking in. Check the
radio antenna wire specifically. It's where most of the water tends to
run in from, through the inner fender.
