	Powerwise, I believe you're talking 48 hp vs 52, so there's
	about a 10% difference there.  

	Someone else can be more authoratative, but I believe that the 
	mounting is similar, for the transmission, but perhaps not for
	the engine mounts.

	Maintenance is different, without hydraulic lifters.

	By my way of thinking, it's a good idea.
