[Vwdiesel] A2 power steering pump

Figures, mine is all apart now that I have the engine down for the oil
problem. It does run off the crank by its self to the PS pump. The one
bracket is the adjuster and mounts to the pulley side of the block. The
other like you said mounts to the front just outside the oil pan. As for the
broken ear, not sure. I would think it needs to be there for the way it is
mounted but then I have not had my 91 Jetta very long. If mine was together
I would take a few pictures for you.
