[Vwdiesel] Is it weird oil pressure?

Definitely unrelated to valve stem seals. Just looked at my old head. Oil passageway is nowhere near valve guides Oil passageway is held in a 'bridge' suspended above the guide area. oil will bleed from centre of follower area out of the top and drip down onto the valve stems via the 1/2" gaps that are open to the valve cover chamber.
Is that in English???
I'm still hunting for a 10mm adaptor for the head end of the gauge...

I ought to jpeg a pic; I'm a lazy She-ite...

It may indeed be normal, that is why I am looking for the definitive answer. Although, if your turbo diesel behaves similarly, it may have a similar "problem". I really am looking for the individual who says it is NOT normal, to prove that I have a problem.
