[Vwdiesel] Is it weird oil pressure?

I have a very powerful shop vac at work with a blower attachment.  I think I 
will hook that up to my intake and produce boost without the turbo.  If oil 
pressure still dops that would seem to be another definitive answer.  I still 
can't imagine a cause though.
