[Vwdiesel] Quantum theory for weird oil pressure?

Is there any back pressure on a stalled turbo? Whilst I have
not previously dwelt on the issue; the fact that the turbo
can spool up to 18000 rpm or more  which equates to {{ 2xPi
" ..6.28x18000 ... rotor tip speed or 9400 ft/min ...or
150ft/sec ]] Whets exhaust speed? 10ft per second? So its
just a sail tacking in the wind. rather that a metering
vane... and minimal back pressure.
>From my test today; I feel I can now say with confidence
that oil supply to the turbo bearings is constant and not
proportionate to rotor speed (which is not what I thought 10
hours ago 8OD)
